Open PO

While our Open PO offers customers the ability to order in bulk and obtain the best possible pricing, it is also important given the product’s expiration date. In order to comply with FDA guidelines of guaranteeing the 10-gram force range, Medical Monofilament has placed a two-year expiration date on all monofilaments.  With incremental shipping, you will receive monofilaments run closer to the ship date so that there is no risk of receiving and/or sending monofilaments that are near expiration or have already expired. We ship to one central location determined by the customer.

Minimum order requirements for Open PO:

• 250-20 packs

• 125-40 packs

• 200 packs- Monofilaments attached to instruction cards

For in-house monofilaments, we require a one-year duration and cannot issue standing orders for any period of time over one year. The PO must include quantity of packs and once the PO is completely fulfilled, a new PO must be issued. Medical Monofilament reserves the right to set terms at prepay, 50% deposit, or Net 30. There is a 10-day turnaround time for the first order.
