1. All International orders must be prepaid unless other arrangements are made with Medical Monofilament.
2. Payments must be in U.S. currency, VISA, Master Card, electronic transfers or money orders are accepted.
   Canadian cusomters: checks must be drawn from a U.S. bank.
3. VAT, as well as duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Orders may be incrementally shipped. (Details to be determined once the size of the order is known.)
5. If placing a custom order, please refer to terms provided.

1. Rates apply to the 48 continuous states Alaska and Hawaii are subject to different rates.

1. Must be made within 30 days.  Return autherization form must be completed: form may be requested by e-mail:  info@medicalmonofilament.com
2. Product must be unopened and in good condition.
3. Product must be returned in original package.  If original package is damaged or destroyed, we can not accept the return.
4. 20% restocking fee may be applied.
5. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping charge unless the return is a result of our error.
6. Custom orders: Non-returnable, non-refundable.
7. Damaged Goods: must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
8. Proof of delivery: must be made within 30 days of shipping date.
