Monofilaments in our 25-pack are individually attached to instruction cards. Because the monofilaments are protected within the instruction cards, monofilaments in our 25-pack may be dispensed to individuals and provide education about monofilament tests. All blister packs also include perforation on the back, so that the package may be opened but remaining monofilaments are still protected.

This pack comes with 25 monofilaments attached to blue instruction cards. Orders are per package, not per piece.

Our Blue Instruction Cards, which come with “A” Handle monofilaments, contain testing site information on the back and detailed sensory testing instructions on the inside for each monofilament in the pack.

All monofilaments attached to instruction cards are calibrated to deliver the standard 10-gram force range. Cards are available in English, French and Spanish. Orders are per package, not per piece.

25 packs are 3″ wide, 5″ tall and 2.25″ thick. Our instruction cards are 3.5″ wide by 2″ (approximately the size of a business card), and our monofilaments are 1.75″ wide by 1″ tall.
